openSCADA Release 1.1.0

We are proud to release openSCADA 1.1.0

Some highlights:

• A system for the server to call back to the client and request information like username, password or a signature
• A PKI based signature system which allows the server to request a signature using PKC11 (USB token), PKCS12 (p12 key file) or other ways from the client
• Some cleanup of our development setup and infrastructure
• More recent versions of some Eclipse components
