Some JavaFX fun

After attendeding the recent Eclipse Demo Camp in Munich I was quite eager to test something with openSCADA and JavaFX. Although it sounded quite fun at the beginning, frustration kicked in pretty soon. But anyway we did some good looking prototype using JavaFX, e(fx)clipse and openSCADA.

The code is located in the “contrib” repository (branch 1.2) and should be pretty easy to reproduce once you installed Eclipse 4.2+, e(fx)clipse tooling and have a recent JDK7 installed. It is important to use the official Oracle JDK7 since it seems that OpenJDK does not provide JavaFX at the moment.
