About
The Mission
The mission of this project this project is to create OpenSCADA DA functionality for the .NET platform.
Multi Platform
Although the idea of the .NET platform was a multiplatform solution reality is a bit different. We mainly have "Microsoft .NET" and "Mono". Both are having the same base. But then MS.NET drifts away in their Windows centric world with Registry, COM, from "Plain old Windows Controls" heading over to "XAML" and "WPF". And on the other side "Mono" follows the path of "Gtk#" and beeing lots opener in some areas.
So for the base components that don't require UI dependencies Naraka shall be able to run on many platforms as possible. But for UI depenent parts (which won't be much) Naraka fill focus on "Window Forms".
Plan
Since the first step is only "some fun in .NET" we won't plan much for now. The main focus is on project Atlantis for now. But feel free to contribute
